We have taken the classic Kiwi fleece trouser to a different level because it can be so much more than just a casual pant. We started with bonded fleece for extra wearability and added a Cordura back which won’t help if you sit on Spaniard grass but will give you a tough reinforced seat that is just fine when glassing on rock and shingle. The straight leg with a functional knee cut offers good walking and climbing comfort and the loops for your favourite belt stop wet fleece drag and sag. Also features side air vents, two front zip pockets, an elastic waist band and zip fly for total convenience and security.

Tri Tech Fabric has been designed specifically for New Zealand conditions to give the ultimate lightweight durable performance. Tri-Tech consists of two bonded layers of durable polyester, making it both hard wearing and comfortable on the skin. This breathable fabric does not retain moisture but allows it to evaporate and so remains dry. The soft anti-pill outer layer ensures comfort and silence as well as providing ultimate windblock against the elements.

Ridgeline began life as a New Zealand owned and operated specialist outdoor clothing brand at the hands of Peter Maxwell. In mid-1993 Peter began working on the first Ridgeline designs and the product range was a successfully launched in the March/April 1994 issue of NZ Guns & Hunting magazine. In the early years the Ridgeline brand achieved a high level of acceptance with New Zealand hunters, but Peter's time was always divided between his manufacturing and magazine editing tasks, which meant that Ridgeline did not always recieve the attention it deserved. So when Cameron Sports Imports Ltd. indicated an interest in acquiring the Ridgeline brand, the deal was done. Since then, with innovation and hard work the brand has grown exponetially - becoming a market leader in the Australasian hunting clothing scene and now branching further afield into the likes of Southern Africa and Western Europe.
